To assist the efficient running of the site and help to avoid complaints, gardeners should:- 

• Gardening  Plots should be visited and tended regularly.   
• At least 80% of the plot should be cultivated.   
• Avoid letting weeds mature and seed in a way that causes nuisance to others.   
• Maintain the area beyond your plot’s boundary fence.  
• Do not use carpet or underlay to suppress weeds.  
• Security - Lock the entrance gate at all times.   
• Stick to the 5mph driving rule on site.   
• Keep dogs under control and pick up faeces.   
• Do not dump rubbish on site. 
• Take your own waste to the tip. 
• Remember bonfires are only allowed when the wind is not blowing towards the houses and only in the designated area.
